for service. Most cos. will tack on extra fees like that. While many will say they won't deal with the dealerships, I do for the most part. I do have an extended warranty on my current vehicle & it's covered some major expenses.
Honestly, the industry has the reputation--they'll get you one way or another. The dealerships also count on "after market" sales.
The days should be over when they rip off females, too.
Did you ask to speak with the Manager about the extra charges.
