Why are you waiting so long (Dec. 7th) for the surgery??? That's over a month away. Guess the worry-wart in me is showing. LOL Wink

As I've had floaters for several years and a few years ago I also experienced flashing in one eye and rushed to retinal specialist (thought maybe it was a detached retina; thank God it wasn't), had to look up your condition. http://www.visionaware.org/info/your-eye-condition/guide-to-eye-conditions/floaters-retinal-tears-and-retinal-detachments/125
