http://ross.cptcmsubmissions.com/

A $4.85 million settlement has been proposed to resolve a class action claiming that Ross stores used deceptive pricing methods to entice consumers.

Class Members eligible for compensation in the Ross fake sale settlement include consumers who purchased one or more items with a Ross price tag that included a “compare at” price from a Ross store since June 20, 2011, who have not received a refund or credit for all purchases.

Class Members have until May 31, 2019 to file a valid claim or opt out of the settlement.

No receipts needed, just fill out the form, you will get a voucher for a purchase
