Notary Service Base Rates Basic Notarization Rate: (Acknowledgments, Affidavits, Copy Certification, Oaths/Affirmations, Verifications) $10 per document attested Loan Signing (First set of documents): $75 Emailed Loan Documents (First set of documents): $100 Additional Loan Documents: + $40 per set Mobile Appointment Base Travel Rate (Already bundled into Loan Signing rate): + $30 OR + 1 per mile Mobile Appointment After Hours Fee (Before 7:00am / After 8:00pm): + $30 Scanning, Faxing and Color Photocopies: $1 per page Cancellation Fee ( 2 Hours Prior To Appt): $25 Posted rates are base fees, actual cost may vary.
