I have 34 years experience in the title industry, including being a title examiner, processor, licensed title producer (underwriter), and crespa certified notary closer, as required by Virginia law. I have closed all types of loans and I am able to receive documents via email and web site access. I use SoftPro to prepare CD's and HUD's and I am bonded and carry a One Million Dollar E & O policy and Cyber policy.

My company name is Title Concepts and I personally cover Virginia Beach and Chesapeake for notary closings and have 3 closers who work for me covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson and York.

We can meet borrowers in their home, our offices or a public location convenient for the borrower. We are able to handle full escrow closings for the entire State of Virginia as well.

I also have the abolity to do identity verifications for an added $45 fee.

I also work with many local Lenders and Realtors and help train their staff so they can better understand what we in the title field do and what we may need from them to better serve their clients.
