I broke my ankle and ended up getting a staph infection and almost lost my right leg. I was on IV antibiotics for 3 1/2 months then oral for 3 months then off antibiotics then back on for another 1 1/2 months when it came back again. I also was diagnosed with prostate cancer and have now completed high dose radiation and then a series of 26 beam radiation treatments.
