I am a Certified Signing Agent in the State of Washington serving Snohomish, North King, South Skagit, Whatcom, and Island counties. I have been a Certified Signing Agent for 10 years, am an NNA member with $100,000 E and O insurance and have extensive experience at witnessing/signing of signatures on loan docs both fixed and ARMs refis, (1st and 2nd mtgs), purchases, HELOCS, etc. I have, over the last ten years or so, done several loan modifications for some banking institutions and real estate info services. I have closed for several signing services and Title companies. I have eight years mortgage broker experience and am familiar with all loan docs. I have mobile printer capabillty as well as mobile internet and am able to do e-signings. I offer service for most days (anytime hours).
