I am familiar with the lending documents and feel comfortable explaining documents such as PMI, Initial Escrow Account Disclosure, Tax Transcripts Request Forms, two initials for two borrowers and more. I became a notary right before COVID-19 and understand signings can be requested to be done in a social distancing location. Masks are available and use is confirmed during verifying appointment call. Mobile scanner has been purchased for rushed orders.
