I drop 3 packages for Monday Delivery and its not showing...
in the fed ex website, there is this place that have Sat pick up, and I dropped them one hour before their pick up time and I always ask if Fex Ex has been there for the pick up. What are the chances that they didnt not show up on this particular place. Anybody else had this problem before?

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change..
unless you've got a private jet and a pair of bolt cutters you're just gonna have to wait it out.
(It'd drive me bonkers.)

Re: Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot chan
I had it happened to me once.
Dropped on a Thursday AM at a box I do not normally use. Gave the tracking number to the SS.
Got a call from the SS Friday AM, nothing showing. I called the shipping company and filed an inquiry. About noon they called back with a story about the package getting hung up in the box and not dropping to the bottom. They upgraded to Saturday delivery for free.....
I didn't fall for the story but it was not for me to question... The docs were delivered in time!
Call the shipping company first thing tomorrow AM....

Enter the tracking numbers...
on the FedEx website; it'll tell you if they've been picked up yet.

I never use the drop boxes. I go into Kinkos or the Fed-Ex Hub and hand it to a warm body and tell them to scan it in and provide me with a receipt. No problems that way.

Where I live and work, the nearest Hub is 25 miles and Kinko is 30... Only one Fedex drop box and 2 UPS boxes.
I have only had the one issue with the drop boxes....

I had to do the same thing this Saturday, track your number and that should tell you IF they picked it up. Thankfully mine went! Yippee! Point for our side.

THe absolute last time I used a "Warm Body" at my local package store, which has a contract with both UPS & Fed Ex, they didn't give the package to Fed Ex. Since then, I have dropped in the stand alone box on the corner, and have had no problem. I have no inclination to change my behavior!

Re: My local FedEx guy
said that they have a very short window for drop-box pickups. Something about they can't pick up more than 1 minute early -- they have to scan the code on the box. He did say that 1 guy got fired because he scraped off the sticker on the box & put it onto his clipboard to fudge pickups.
I know UPS picks up early. Went yesterday to UPS store (which is supposed to pick up at 1pm) after am signing. Got there about 20-quarter of 1 & pickup had already occurred. The guy in the UPS store was "nice" enough to leave the package at the store next door for pickup (said he'd done it several times). Personally, I prefer FedEx over UPS & definitely over DHL.
