Moneywatch on why now is a great time to buy a home!

One of my local title companies told me yesterday there was a surge of refi's this week. Also interest rates took a dip. A closing for a purchase I had on my radar screen actually adjourned because it had impounds of insurance. The LO was actually able to get the interest rate lowered on $350K. The borrower is ecstatic. Sometimes it's okay when the loan transaction falls apart at the table, but not always.
