New AZ Notary Law Changes to take effect 7/20/11

SB1230 has been signed into law.
Among the changes, if the notary follows certain procedures an interpreter will be allowed. Another change is that loose certificates will have certain requirements. Pls note that you need not pay $100 for an XYZ seminar. You can get trained for FREE by attending the AZ SOS seminars in Phoenix and Tucson!

Thanks for posting this, Shoshana. Every time there are any changes in state laws, XYZ has a profitable field day, selling seminars that really aren't necessary at all.
