No I got paid more than twice that fee. The first closer who showed up ( looking very unkempt according to the borrowers) is closing Service Link edoc deals for $65. Maryland is a licensed title producer state.

If not, whu is SL using a Notary who is not LTP.

Tho' the notary/ltp certainly is to be faulted, the real blame goes to SL for only considering price.
