Kansas still does not have legislative authority to do E-Notarizations. If Senate bill, currently under about 7 years of dust, passes, it will give us pre-testing and pre-training for here and open up Electronic Notarizations. An electronic "key" would be about 100 dollars a year here. So volume would be essential.
