The program outline is as follows:

Basic Requirements:
--PHONE CALL TO SET APPOINTMENT (within 4hrs of receiving assignment)
--PROMPT ATTENDANCE AT APPOINTMENT
--PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE
--DIGITAL CAMERA (Three-eight photographs required while OnSite)
--EVALUTION FORM
--SAME DAY DATA INPUT
--ESTIMATED TIME SPENT: Phone call to schedule appointment (<10 minutes). On Site appointment length (<30 minutes). Data input (<30 minutes).
--COMPENSATION: $19 Contractor Payment *Plus Distance/Bonus pay available on request! Just name your fee/requirement!

*DON'T FORGET, FOR ONSITE INSPECTIONS, WE NEED "CERTIFIED" ONSITE INSPECTORS.

LOL - "Just name your fee/requirement!" = More than likely, naming anything above the $19 will get you put on the bottom of the list. Do these people think gas, equipment, time, knowledge, & taxes are free??

Seen it as low as $7.50 now. It was a good thing 5 years ago when they paid 30-50 for each one , I would schedule them all for the same day and knock out 3-4 of them. Won't even reply back now with the cheap fee's let some other sucker do it.

that they need CERTIFIED onsite inspectors? LOL...who in their right mind will work for these fools...oh yeah, those that are NOT in their right mind...
