Finally busy, busy, busy. 5 closings in 2 days.

2 more next Week. Never fails. I'm also packing up the house and looking for a new place to live. When it rains, it pours, but counting my blessings!

Good news bad news... year to year changes for me.

Good: Average per signing up 10%
Bad: Average signings per month down 28%

Good: Average miles per signing around 50 (largely due to EO move)
Bad: This is an increase of 25%

Good: Just rec'd a call for Saturday signing that would have contributed to avg/signing
Bad: Committed to have a look at my daughter's roof
