I have done 5 WF deals 3 refi and 2 purchase this week.
I did not need, NNA BGC or Cert for any of them. All my current credentials were ok to do these deals. That just proves to me this is NNA push for cash.

Also shows SS willing to anything to keep work flowing
NNA says jump and the companies say how high, but no one holds the SS feet to the fire. Go figure.

Per emails sent 11/01/2013 SPW whole other thing
NNA, double dip, first make you pay for BGC, Cert and when SPW gets act together they can charge you again for that coverage. Bunch a BS.. hope someone can stop them.
