Here is another one...
I’d like to start by giving an overview of the signing process. The entire process typically takes about 45-60 minutes, depending on your degree of experience with the process and familiarity with the documents. We will move patiently and deliberately through these documents, at your pace, so do not feel rushed.
Funny, I call to confirm the appointment, verify names on ID's and tell them to allow an hour for the appointment and I hear, What, my LO told me this would take 15 minutes.
I really hope they have gotten control over the loan officers

It is amazing to me that an organization that brought so many untrained signing agents into the business is now creating a standard for all of us to follow. It is mind boggling that major title companies still do not understand the damage that XYZ has done over the decade. The extra costs in repairing dumb mistakes to lenders, borrowers, and title companies. This should not be the organization to implement standards. Some other authority in the business needs to speak for the rest of us. Maybe the American Society of Notaries or other organizations need their voices heard now.

In what year(s) were the untrained signed agents brought into the business? Are the inexperience signing agents now experienced signing agents by our NR definition? If yes, then XYZ has created a large number of experienced siging agents that are now on that companies side for giving him or her a change when no one else might have.
How has NR approached this group of signing agents to say that NR is better than XYZ? If we haven't, maybe it is time considered such a planned introduction to NR.
