I received a check today for signing on 10-10-13. They said they pay in 45 days and they did.

I had to call to find out where my payment was for one closing as it was way over the 45 day mark. They did pay, but from date of closing to when I received the check in hand, it was 72 days. Jury is still out if I will take any more closings from them IF they call me......I might give them one more chance as they were easy to work with and very professional......

Their accounting person is Meliza 401-234-9122. First time working with them was good. Took 2 other deals and have yet to be paid - 47 days and counting. No more!
