Yes, Nov. was a low for me, too. All this decline in biz &
yet all the new requirements are being pushed. Their timing is really bad, IMO.

Re: My notary income for November is the lowest in recent years
Let me sign up for that seminar this month in brisk Chicago, IL to learn how I can earn $85 to $150 per signing, 7 a week, to reignite my signing revenue. I just might learn something new. It better be good, after air fare and hotel to get there, plus the cost of the seminar. BUT, alas, there is a similar seminar being given right here in CA! Meanwhile, I'm watching my local title/escrow companies cinching their belts and streamlining their human capital. 14 people in a two month period recycling out the door.
Last year at this time, I was standing on my head, more work than any one notary should be handling, it was like a tsunami. My, how times have changed, and yet we have these SS companies out there getting orders from title/escrow for which they have no intention of passing on the notary fee to the poor sap who accepts the order.
What the heck is going on ... we've seen the best of times, and now, the worst of times.

We all knew, when we entered into this biz that the income would be/could be variable. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. And notarysigner, what the heck are your driving?!?
