NR fax not working for me yesterday or today?
"There was an error sending your document to the NotaryFax server. Destination fax number must include area code and phone number (ex. 515-555-1234)"
what does this mean? I called for help, but she told me to put a 1 in front of the numbers.
Does anybody have any suggestions for me? Things went swell the last several times I faxed.
I tried dashes/no dashes; burning incense & sacrificed a small animal.....(just kidding) But I am pretty desparate about this. Is it working for others today? Did a search for bright ideas, but nothing new. Cripes, it's just a 4 page pdf.

Hi Darlin,
I've uploaded three faxes tonight without a problem. One has been sent the other two are still pending. Sometimes it takes awhile.
You should not put the 1 in front of your fax number, just the 10 digit number without any dashes.
I hope you've had success after you posted.
