Notice of prior use of Certified Signing Specialist
Gentlemen: Please be advised that I have used "Certified Signing Specialist by USMNC.org" since 2007. Please refer to my web site page 2 About Us. Also attached are several references where I use the same term. Jim Lissemore www.Flexo-Notaries.com

But FGX/NJ, did you not say in a previous posting that you did not copyright "Certified Signing Specialist," although the web site page is copyrighted? Just curious here, and trying to understand whether you have a right to use and control of the term. I hope you do.

Jack Right the site iis copyrighted but designation Certified Singing Specialist is not trademarked. It can cost several thousand to have an atty. file a trademark and it takes 18 to 36 m0nths. However prior use can prevent anyone else from getting a TM.
