$1300 Judgment Granted for unpaid Accurate National Signing

to a notary who pursued this case. Amanda never showed up, the notary won by default. Another notary in the pile of growing complaints on the Riverside County DA's office.

Now to collect that judgment. Since Jason is the only one under that posh new roof in Wildomar making any money, he is the only likely resource for collecting since I'm pretty sure ANS is out of moola given their lavish spending habits.

Not to late to file a judgment in Small Claims.

They can put a lien against a bank account, Gas card purchases, Insurance payment, even the cash register at the cleaners they put their clothes in for starter.

by California State Contractors Board...

looks like he is already in trouble there.......of course this doesn't mean much either. The only way he would get caught is if he tried to pull a permit for work, otherwise, anything under $600 is ok to do..........

Sorry notaries, where the hell did all that money go...nothing left to pay IRS and state FTB....no money for rent, gas in the tank...Lord of Mercy. What a bleak holiday season this will be, after all that frivolity in Cancun and Vegas vacations? Amanda's breast enhancement, new furnishings for that expensive 5 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury hot pad...who's in charge of the household/biz budget.

Say it isn't so....completely broke??? I'll bet no 1099s go out to notaries either, well, claim the income any way...cause for more scrutiny by the taxing authorities.

ANS did have a business license, but it is for Terrazo Lane, never changed to Lake Elsinore addy, nor to new address of 20484 Big Sycamore Court, Wildomar.

Who's in charge?? Looks like no one.

Revoked for failure to pay a family support order? If child support, is that grounds?

Okay...I've been told and completely forgot he never filed

his commission with the county so he's not a notary and it's a non-issue...sorry about that, I forgot.

Does CA hold unpaid child support against you in getting a commission?

.... yes. It's listed among the infractions that could result in revocation, suspension or denial of a notary commission, depending on SOS review. His eyes have probably popped so far out of his head at wifey's monster boob job that he can't get can't get his mind (what mind he has) around the fact that he is actually responsible (financially at the least) to children he has fathered. But I guess he's left them in the dust along with unpaid notaries while he parties and rents upscale property. What a scumbag.


Anyway, the Kirkishes got plenty of $$ coming in from somewhere to pay for all that fun stuff.....

.....cuz they just might be going to jail soon. Wow....they are being bombarded in all directions. District attorney is investigating them, court orders for judgments against them, he has unpaid child support, his business license has been yanked, he can't get a notary commission, she can't get a decent job with that criminal history, the IRS is certainly going to be knocking on their door when they find out how much these folks brought in. I don't know how they are even going to earn money to pay their rent. Amanda might have to hawk her boobies.
