And one more thing on middle initials. It's not uncommon, in my experience, for some women especially to have changed their name to use a maiden name as a middle name after marriage or a divorce. I've seen all kinds of combinations.
Personally, if there's a discrepancy in a middle initial, I want to see something else in their possession that supports the discrepancy before proceeding (if the MI on the docs isn't the one on their ID). In a situation with the examples I mentioned, a marriage or divorce certificate would suffice, but depending on the circumstances, I might be flexible - or not... |
