The NR office is busy, it's rare not to hear back from the Shoemakers. They do take well-deserved vacations from time to time. This is a well-run, family-owned business serving the notary community. Others have come and gone. Parts of it are a little obsolete, but for the most part renders many advantages to the busy notary/nsa who needs a remote fax number, page separator, find a notary database, and deeply discounted supplies delivered in lightning speed.

I find the best way to reach out to the Shoemakers is to email them.
