Try to track the company via the "header" that you can find in the "properties." Copy, paste and print this to attach to your invoice. The header should be able to tell you the return path, the contact person, the hosting company, etc. If you have their phone number, go to anywho.com and do a reverse look up. If results are still negative, I suggest Intellius.com. For a small fee, you can get the name and address of the company. Write letters to the BBB, lender, title company, and state attorney general's office to file a complaint. Sooner or later, the SS will have to either treat the notaries professionaly in a timely manner, or they will not be able to get the notaries. I also believe in letting lenders & title companies know about the manner in which their chosen SS does business. It may cost the SS the account. |
