 A HELOC with 154 pages??!!??

I have a HELOC today at noon and package is 154 pages! 2 signers, nothing special about it (no Trust or POA). Lender is United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and Amrock. Handily, my set fee for a HELOC with Amrock is $200 for my county.

Don't believe I've ever seen a HELOC that large.
