I need suggestions on how to accept assignments towards the end of the month with signing companies....
I have been burned on a signing at the end of the last month.
1. They booked a signing 1 week in advance
2. I lost out on the money for that signing
3. I lost the money for signings I could have been doing and would have been doing.
4. I lost out on mile and time.
5. It was a rescheduled signing where the docs had been already signed as me being the signing agent.
6. They rescheduled again a week later.
7. For 1 signing/ 1 cancelation/1 resigning/ Phone calls and accepting corrected email documents I only recieved $ 60.00 from the signing company.
How should I approach the signing company regarding this...
Throughout the month I actually work with Title and Escrow Companies out of their offices. |
