 Accredited Notary Services Notary scheduling closings?

Got an order for an equity closing for Accredited Notary Services in Henderson, NV. Never worked for them, and not finding much feedback online. Apparently it is my responsibility to schedule the closing, which seems unusual for an equity loan. Mods, not so much, but this seems unusual. I feel like it's not my job.

Anyone have any experience with this company or this type of request?
