I called the NNA yesterday. About a year ago I spoke to someone and they had me paying extra to get found on top in my zip code. Now their story has changed. They said they want to give everyone a chance, so when you search on your zip code, about 15 other zip codes show up instead. Even Florida shows up. Basically that search box, where you drill down to find what you want, doesn't show you what you're looking for. If someone is searching under your zip code, you may not come up in search. Great system!
