 Ah, "hiring party" even worse

I go in SC and see if they pay. If they pay and 3+ rating, read comments, I am good. I don't care about any of my hiring parties private and personal lives or their past professions. I go back 24 months of reviews, all I care about.

You openly stating you that you investigate the private and personal lives of your hiring parties. That could damage your business. I wouldn't call you reading such things if I had a signing business or title company. That's really out of bounds professionally. Business is business and personal is personal. jmo
