impact on the volume this week. We'll see. There is a major fire near the town where I lost my 30-year home in Carpinteria December 10, 2017. I feel for all the people who have lost their homes. At least there haven't been the same number of fatalities that occurred during the previous event that came all the way around to Montecito. Saying prayers for all affected by these horrible fire storms that are fanned by gusty Santa Ana winds so typical of this time of the year. Fast and deadly. Hats off to our fire fighters.
Fire events have wide reaching effects whether they're in your back yard or 500 miles away.
700 miles is a lot of driving. If you calculate the number of gallons of gas you're using at today's gas prices, you should be making some good fees, or it's a complete waste of time, energy and money.
