Happy for you that you're getting 200 from Amrock especially on the hybrids those are so easy. I was happy for me when I get those for 100 and 150 for long distance. I have seen amrock drop the ball more and more lately. Especially with the Clear Sign platform being glitchy. Some borrowers will say they already signed, and you go on clear sign to verify and one of the spouses didn't do their portion at least that's what happened to me last. I had a Hybrid scheduled for Friday the 20th and then it got cancelled. I called the borrower he confirmed the cancellation , it was because he was awarded an additional 10k on his refi, so he had to go back and acknowledge some documents and was doing them as we spoke. Whelp I haven't heard back from amrock regarding the reschedule. |
