I'm thinking this could actually be a fun job if I don't take too much upon myself.

Once I had an irritated bor - the mom - 'cause docs were late and I had to upload individually (have no clue what that was all about), ran into rush hour in heavy rain and arrived late. I just kept reassuring them (son had one hand texting, while signing) and asking, "You with me, Clyde (used his real name)?! He was surprisingly in tune to everything. I joked a bit and just kept right on signing. I commended him for his "attention," and he just laughed. We all felt friendlier by time goodbyes were said. Sometimes gotta just play along Smile

P.S. Maybe we have to be a little nuts to do this!
