Let me ask you this ... hypothetically, the BO is O/N the docs and told to go find themselves a notary. The BO then locates this Notary that you are demeaning who simply "notarizes" the BO's signatures on the forms that are in the package. Has this Notary still violated the law? According to your own explanation, she has NOT. Wouldn't it then become dependent upon you, to be able to prove that she sat down with the BO's, explained the documents, etc and then notarized the docs?
