The company part doesn't bother me, that's who NNA is contracted through, however, a letter does. Was it a letter or email? Either way, that company isn't hired by you, you did not select them personally and their communication should go through the NNA who contacts you only IF a problem. Now you also know this guy has your personal information. What was the purpose of the letter? It is assumed they are running your BGC, thats what you paid for.
