Thanks everybody I hear ya. Client is a nice lady [ shut in ] but the condition of notrizing this POA is too complex , not worth it, I aint gonna do it unless she call me back after she obtain her own form and check the boxes , cross out or/and filled in all the blank spots other than the lines where she date and sign .
