Always do your notarization for today's date; the date you are there. Many times they will have a wrong date printed they sign it, but as long as your certificate says the date you are there and notarizing, you will always be correct. Many times mortgages need to be re-signed and a later notarization, it's not a big deal, never a reason to backdate anything nor should you ever. |
