Congrats on the move! It's rough now. Because we are so slow, many SSs are taking advantage of it and even offering less per closing than before. Supply and demand. Nothing is happening out there much. Even the text blasts have come to a halt.
I have turned back more than I took this week due to low ball offers, unfair prices of what they want vs the price offered, and just too far to drive with the price of gas. My advice is to contact all your relationships and inform them you moved and they should follow. The only difficulty I see is that the east coast stays primarily east coast and west coast the same. Sometimes they cross if they have an exception, but for the most part, stay in their regions. It could be a good time to reach out and market the west coast companies now and get on their radar.
