You can set your rates for them as part of their contract, and then you'll automatically be offered jobs at that rate (assuming it's in their budget, not saying there's no ceiling). I definitely made more than $75/signing when I was back in California, and BS was about 60% of my business in an average month. Sadly, since I moved to Missouri, I haven't got a single offer from there. I even called in and asked if there was something wrong with my profile, and they said no, there just hadn't been any clients in my area in over a year.
