Speaking of hidden agendas, there are two vacant lots behind my house (with no access other than through my property) owned by a neighbor. I approched them to purchase these lots. They said yes. When it came time to draw up the papers the woman decides that she did not want to see because I had a hidden agenda. I fessed up and told her I did and that was to take over the country 1 lot at a time. Smile

True story.

My only agenda was to buy them so I could clean them up so I did not have to look at the weeds growing taller than my house.
