BOA in my area has offered notary services for years, as so most other banks. We are an attorney state, however, so BOA chooses NOT to use their notaries to conduct any of their mortg transactions (inc helos). Citizens, however, will use their own in-staff notary to close a heloc if its an in-office closing.
