He said that his wife will bring the documents to him in his bed so he can sign. I told him that his lender would be reaching out to him and wished him a speedy recovery and hung up the phone. I was supposed to have another one today and the borrowers called me this morning and wanted to change their time because yesterday their daughter was sick with what they think is COVID and they are still waiting on her test results and now their other daughter is sick today and they need to take her in for a COVID test . . . but I can come whenever they get back home from testing. (I wonder who is going to wake up tomorrow morning sick . . . not me I hope). I told him that his lender would be reaching out to him and wished his daughters a speedy recovery and hung up the phone. Third closing of the day . . . they ask me to come to their home instead of their office because they are both at home quarantining because their receptionist's husband tested positive for COVID and she was afraid to tell anyone and kept coming to work exposing everyone. I guess she hasn't gotten sick yet, but they said it is still early.
What is wrong with people? This is pathetic! People sick with COVID and they think you are going to run right over to their house and do their closing. No consideration for anyone but themselves and that is why we are living like this folks. Stay safe my friends, wash your hands and wear your masks. |
