There's no do overs in the wills and trust business. NotaryThere are no do-overs in the wills and trust business. Notary errors, like the one you described, will never be caught until a smart lawyer gets the 20-year-old notarization of the document rejected due to a notary error. County recorders will catch it too if the documents are recorded.
