hit enter too soon...I can't believe you responded with exactly what I was thinking each time as I was reading through the thread...can't believe it took 6 responses before someone used some common sense. Too funny!

Poster did her very first acknowledge -- it's called an AcknolwledgeMENT -- I suppose she just got her notary, too...you know, in some states doing something where you clearly don't have a clue about how to do it is UPL!!

I sincerely hope you're not taking on any loan packages...
