$100 for the year is what the XYZ is collecting from us. I'm not a member of XYZ, but all the independent escrow and title, lenders, etc. find me on the SA portal and I'm grateful. Every now and again I hear they found me on java site or here, but by far they find me on XYZ and 123.

Go figure. I hate that I'm being robbed annually too. Goes with the territory. It's another scam deal in our biz.
