Hi everyone,
Thanks for doing what you do on this list. I've been lurking awhile and have read many posts.
I did my second signing today. It went well. Such nice folks.
My question is this: There were documents in the file that asked for the closing agents signature. I assumed that this meant someone from the excrow company. Is this right? Am I the closing agent?
