"Refused/Opted not to provide an explanation of the documents"
In 2005 when I started out, my XYZ class "in person" told us not to explain anything. We are simly there to verify get their signatures. Any questions must be answered form the LO or title company. I am thinking they told us that for liability reasons and not having to train us in cloing loans.

Of course in this business we are there as a represenative and breifly go over the documents and navigate the closing, but this is XYZ training and telling newbies this. Perhaps they need to go to the educational source instead of the newbies who are instructed this practice.
No excuse for all the other nonsense.
