This morning, I finally had a online chat with their customer service. They said I was excluded from signings because I needed to complete some online training modules. I then completed the modules and was able to upload my new background check.
Rechecked my profile with them and apparently all is good with them now and they have new background check.
That said, I do very little work for them, just 8 signings in past two years. That is because their low ball offer and they seldom accept my counter offers. Its clear that they feed on disparate newbies and have no issues with excluding experienced notaries without any notification.
