I am also a Real Estate Agent. I would never act like that in front of the very people that are helping me and especially my clients. I've never seen another agent act that way. Once past the CD and the client has no questions the rest is easy. The CD goes out to all agents, buyers and sellers 3 days before the closing so maybe you could ask that question right off the bat. Just ask if everyone has gotten their copies of the CD and does it appear to be in order? If so then, assuredly say "All right, then lets buy a house." and smile at the buyers....unless you have the sellers then say the opposite. Not sure why you would be getting met with such an attitude.
