I'm quite okay with outside signings, even in the cold. I had one tonight. Borrower's didn't want me in their home. Set up outside on a table on front porch. Lighting could have been better. We managed. Borrower's were concerned and rightfully so, that I have been meeting with other clients. Our covid-19 #'s in my area are going way up. I prefer outside and either indoors or outside, no mask, no closing. It's that simple for me. As for slow readers, I gently remind them I am leaving them an exact duplicate for their records.
